From 2003 to 2008 Colin was Head of Enterprise Development for Greater Merseyside responsible for Start-ups and the ‘Hard to Reach’ Agendas for Women, Ethnic Minorities, Youth, Over 50’s, Creative and Social Enterprise.

Colin has a finance sector background and still retains many contacts with the major Banks he is thus able to bring a balanced view to any proposition you may be contemplating.
